Our products are sold online at noahcreations.com and through our retail locations at Peachtree Mall (Columbus, GA), Arbor Place Mall (Douglasville, GA), and Atlantic Station (Atlanta, GA).

To access certain features — including the Ram's World community, Ram Points, and order history — you may create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

• Limit quantities of any product

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax will be applied where required by law. International customers may be subject to additional duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued promptly.

7. Ram's World Community

By joining the Ram's World community, you agree to:

• Treat other community members with respect
• Not post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Not engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity
• Not attempt to manipulate the Ram Points system

Ram Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ram Points program at any time. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noah Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
