Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every piece we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of odors, stains, damage, or alterations
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at time of purchase
  • Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Limited edition and drop items once sold out
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items purchased during promotional clearance events
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at noah.creations11@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request — [Your Order Number]”
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
  3. For exchanges, include the item and size you would like instead
  4. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  5. Ship the item back using the address provided — please include your RA number on the package

Do not ship items back without a Return Authorization number. Packages received without an RA number may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Noah Creations is not responsible for packages lost in return transit.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase amount.

Exchanges ship free. If there is a price difference between items, you will be charged or credited accordingly.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at noah.creations11@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you including return shipping.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased online may be returned in-store at any of our retail locations, subject to the same eligibility requirements above. Please bring your order confirmation email and the item in its original condition. In-store returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Store Credit

If preferred, you may opt for store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit has no expiration date, can be used on any future purchase, and is issued to your Noah Creations account.
