Apparel returns are allowed within 14 business days of delivery.

Tapestry Blankets and Ponchos

Tapestry blanket and poncho returns are allowed within 14 business days of delivery.

Return Condition

Eligible returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Return Approval

Customers must email noah.creations11@gmail.com with the product name and order number and receive approval before sending an item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard approved returns. Noah Creations provides prepaid return shipping for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refund Method

Standard approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Noah Creations initiates approved refunds within 5 business days. The customer's bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact Noah Creations within 14 calendar days of delivery to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Email noah.creations11@gmail.com with the product name and order number. Approved claims receive a replacement when the item is available. If a replacement is unavailable, the product amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Sale or Discounted Items

If an item is on sale or discounted, its normal category rule applies unless the product is clearly marked final sale.

Limited-Edition Items

Limited-edition items follow their normal category rule unless the product is clearly marked final sale.

Jewelry and Accessories

Jewelry and accessories are final sale except for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims.
