Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods — new drops, holidays, and limited releases — processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on package size and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $14.99
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day — $29.99

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may take additional time.

International Shipping

Noah Creations ships worldwide. International orders ship via USPS First-Class International or DHL Express depending on the destination.

Estimated International Delivery Times

• Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom / Europe: 10–21 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 10–21 business days
• Asia / Pacific: 14–28 business days
• All Other Countries: 14–30 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Noah Creations has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an order.

Noah Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by:

• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Logging into your account at noahcreations.com and visiting Order History
• Emailing us at noah.creations11@gmail.com with your order number

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Noah Creations is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at noah.creations11@gmail.com immediately — we can only make changes before the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

• Check around your property and with neighbors or building staff
• Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
• Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
• Reach out to us at noah.creations11@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved

For packages confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Noah Creations is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend adding signature confirmation for high-value orders if your area has theft concerns.

In-Store Pickup

Prefer to skip shipping altogether? You can select in-store pickup at checkout for any of our three locations:

• Peachtree Mall — Columbus, GA (Open Now)
• Arbor Place Mall — Douglasville, GA (Opening May 2026)
• Atlantic Station — Atlanta, GA (Opening May 2026)

In-store pickup orders are ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation to pick up.
